Dates represent student attendance days; staff-only development days are excluded where the official calendar distinguishes them. Confirm pupil-free days, regional variations and year-level arrangements with your school. Private and Catholic school dates may differ.

Using your term planner
How do I print or save my term planner as a PDF?
Choose a state, year and term, then select Print or save PDF. Use A4 portrait paper and turn off browser headers and footers. Choose Save as PDF as the destination to keep a copy. The dated grid has blank space for handwritten plans.
Does every school term have ten weeks?
No. This planner creates a row for each Monday–Sunday week touched by the published term dates. Week 1 starts with the first week of that term. Cells outside the term are marked Outside term, so partial weeks remain visible. Week numbers describe this grid, rather than a school’s own timetable cycle.
Which schools do these dates cover?
The planner uses published public-school dates. NSW uses Eastern Division dates. Regional variations, year-level arrangements and pupil-free days need confirmation with your school. Private and Catholic school dates are not inferred from public-school dates. The sheet explains whether its source gives student dates or published term boundaries.
Why is a year unavailable for my state?
A planner is available only when the calendar has a complete, verified set of public-school terms for that state and year. Changing state keeps your chosen year visible and shows an unavailable message if dates are missing. Choose a listed available year to continue.
