Printing made simple

How do I save my calendar as a PDF?

Choose your state, year and layout, then select Print or save PDF. In your browser’s print window, choose Save as PDF as the printer or destination. Some devices offer a PDF option in the print menu instead. Save the file to print or share later.

Which layout should I choose?

Year on one page gives you a compact overview on one landscape A4 sheet. Year on two pages shows six months on each portrait sheet, with larger dates. One month per page gives you more room for notes and daily plans on twelve portrait sheets, or pick a single month to print just that page.

Can I print just one month?

Yes. Choose One month per page, then pick the month you need. The preview shows that month only, and printing produces a single portrait A4 sheet with room for notes. Any public holidays that month are shaded on the grid and listed underneath. Choose All months to print all twelve.

Can I print in black and white?

Yes. Choose Ink-friendly before printing. Public holidays use bold outlines instead of coloured fills, so they remain easy to find while using less ink.

Are public holidays, school holidays and terms included?

Public holidays and available school holidays are marked by default. Use the checkboxes to show or hide them, add numbered school terms, or include weekends, long weekends and published pupil-free days. School dates require a state calendar. Estimated or incomplete public holiday data is labelled on the sheet.
