The Tasmania summer holidays run from Saturday 19 December 2026 to Wednesday 3 February 2027. Term 1 2027 starts on Thursday 4 February 2027. These are published term boundaries; confirm exact student attendance dates with your school. The published Term 3 starts on Monday 19 July 2027, a statewide K–10 pupil-free day. K–10 attendance resumes on Tuesday 20 July; confirm your school calendar. Colleges set their own finishing dates.
