Common questions

Are these calendars free to print?

Yes. Every layout is free to print or save as a PDF — for home, school or the office — with no sign-up.

What paper size do they print on?

A4. Each template is designed so one calendar page fills exactly one physical A4 sheet — the year-on-one-page layout is landscape, the others portrait — with no awkward mid-month page breaks.

Can I print just one month?

Yes. Choose One month per page, then pick the month you need. The preview shows that month only, and printing produces a single portrait A4 sheet with room for notes. Any NSW public holidays that month are shaded on the grid and listed underneath. Choose All months to print all twelve.

Are NSW public holidays included?

Yes. New South Wales's 11 public holidays for 2025 are included by default, shaded on the grid and listed by date in the footer legend, so the printed sheet is correct for NSW specifically — not a generic Australian calendar.

Can I include school holidays and numbered school terms?

Yes. Government school holidays are marked by default. Enable School terms to add Term 1–4 labels and date ranges. You can also toggle weekends, long weekends and published pupil-free days. Individual schools may vary; NSW uses Eastern Division dates.

Can I print without using much ink?

Yes — switch to the ink-friendly variant. It prints pure black on white: holidays become bold outlines rather than filled tints, so it is cheap on toner and still clear.
